For its 10th edition, The Amsterdam Coffee Festival is pulling out all the stops returning to the place where it once all started, the NDSM from 3–5 April 2025.
The Amsterdam Coffee Festival is the biggest event devoted exclusively to specialty coffee. With thousands of visitors across three days and more than a hundred exhibitors, it's the must-attend event for all coffee lovers and industry professionals.
The Festival offers the ultimate journey of discovery within the world of coffee with a rich programme: workshops, cuppings, masterclasses, competitions, tastings, live music, street food and good times.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE TICKET
As well as unlimited coffee, your entry ticket gives you access to all the exhibitors and all the events organised as part of the festival: exhibitions, workshops, cupping, tasting, conferences, etc.

PUBLIC AND TRADE DAYS
The
Industry Days on Thursday 3th and Friday 4th April 2025 until 13h are reserved for professionals, with events tailored to their specific needs.
The Public Days on Friday 4th, after 13h, and Saturday are open to all, with events accessible to all coffee lovers.
TICKET INFORMATION
1. Buy tickets
Tickets can only be purchased online only, and on our website, until the Festival doors close. It will not be possible to buy tickets on site.

2. Print your ticket
When you buy your ticket online, a confirmation email is sent to you with a link to access your ticket. You can then print it, but we recommend that you opt for the digital version, as the staff at the entrance will be able to scan your ticket on your phone.
3. Exchange
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your ticket, to change the day or timeslot on which you are coming, or to change from a standard ticket to a VIP ticket, or vice versa.
4. Refund
It is not possible to refund tickets.

ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
The site is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
BRING YOUR DOG
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on festival grounds. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, permitted.
EATING ON SITE
It is not possible to picnic on site, nor to bring your own food and drink. But don't worry, we've got water fountains all over the festival site. And when hunger strikes, head over to the
Street Food Market.
PHOTOS & VIDEOS
Official photographers and the video team will be on hand. We scrupulously respect the RGPD guidelines on the use of images and videos online, taking particular care to protect everyone's privacy.
CLOAKROOM
Unfortunately there is no cloakroom on site. You’ll need to keep your personal belongings with you for the duration of your visit. Please note that the organisers decline all responsibility in the event of theft or loss.
NON-SMOKING AREA
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the NDSM.
SECURITY
Security for the Festival is provided by the NDSM. If you see any problems or incidents please report them to our stewards, security staff or the police.
