Calling all coffee lovers – want to join The Amsterdam Coffee Festival team?
We’re looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to volunteer* at the Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2025.
A wide range of volunteer opportunities are on offer in 2025, from 2-day general festival runner roles to Senior Volunteer positions guaranteeing front-line Event Management & Coffee Industry experience and insight.
In exchange for volunteering at the festival, you will receive a hands-on experience as well as a full-day pass to the festival on a day outside of your volunteer shift so you can explore the event fully!

Which role would you like to be considered for as part of the volunteer programme?
Production Volunteer -
2 day shift, as general festival runner, supporting Production Team across the Festival
Operations Volunteer -
2 day shift, assisting the Festival’s Operations or Stage Management Teams in one of the following areas Front of House, Information Desk, Festival Feature: Latte Art Live, The Workshop, The Coffee School etc
Senior Volunteer -
3 days as part of the core Live Production Team, supporting in the running of Main Feature Stages. A hands-on role offering front-line Event Management & Coffee Industry experience and insight
