➜ What's The Amsterdam Coffee Festival all about?

This year marks a special milestone. We're celebrating our 10th anniversary and returning to where it all began: the NDSM-Loods.

With over 12,500 visitors expected, the Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2025 is set to be an unmissable event for coffee lovers, urban foodies, industry professionals, and anyone passionate about the coffee scene.

The festival will showcase an exciting line-up of competitions and live features, including Roast Masters, Latte Art Live, The Coffee Trail, and The Roasters Village. Be sure to check out our What’s On page for more details.

➜ When and where will the festival take place?

The Amsterdam Coffee Festival will be held from 3–5 April 2025 at the NDSM-Loods.

➜ How do I get to the festival?

By Car (Parking)
If you're driving, there is plenty of (paid) parking available at NDSM-Werf. We recommend parking at the APCOA Garage located at Mt. Lincolnweg 31.

By Bycycle
Bicycle parking is available opposite the main entrance for easy access to the event.

By Ferry
The NDSM-Loods is easily accessible by ferry from Amsterdam Centraal Station. The ferry is free and runs regularly throughout the day. For the latest schedule, please visit the   official GVB website.

By Train
You can take a train to Amsterdam Centraal Station, which is well connected to the city’s public transport network. From there, it's a short walk to the ferry terminal, which will take you directly to NDSM-Werf. Plan your journey here.

 

➜ What does my ticket include?

Your ticket to the Amsterdam Coffee Festival grants you access to a range of exciting experiences, including hands-on masterclasses and workshops to enhance your skills, exclusive product launches and innovations showcasing the latest coffee equipment, and tastings featuring exceptional coffee from top European roasters and brands. ➜ Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets will be available at the door. However, tickets tend to sell out quickly, and we anticipate the festival may reach full capacity soon. To guarantee your spot, we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.

➜ Can I exchange or refund my ticket?

Unfortunately, we have a no refund, no exchange policy. These terms and conditions are clearly displayed on our booking page at the time of purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

➜ Do I need to print my ticket?

No, you do not need to print your ticket. Simply show your e-ticket on your smartphone, and it will be scanned at the venue.
