FILTERED TO MATCH METHOD
Coffee is up to 98% water. To make a good coffee, you need good water. In reality, it's not that simple... Each type of extraction needs a specific water with a tailor-made mineral balance.

With the PURITY Brew Coffee Extra filter, BRITA provides water suitable for soft extraction methods (filter, espresso, AeroPress, etc.) and for cupping. This water is low in mineral content and allows the fruity and floral character of an origin to develop and all the aromas to come through.

With its PURITY C Quell ST filter, BRITA provides the right water for espressos, slightly more mineralised to ensure a high potential of body, creaminess and persistence while respecting the primary flavours.
