The drinking experience is only one part sipping, where there are sights and smells, the warmth of the cup, and richness of the colour. Coffee, when experienced completely is a beautiful and meditative experience.”
Why is it so important to be more mindful of the coffee we consume?
“The act of consumption of any kind is something we should all be considerate of, the amount we drink, the type of coffee are all important. It’s important we are always aware and conscious about our decisions and ensure that we are living in a healthy and appreciative way.”
