With this server from Hario you can keep the brew on temperature for your costumers. 
Ideal if you're serving a bigger brew to somebody.

With this new scale you can dose your coffee out of the hopper by weight. 
A good piece of equipment for if you want to serve shots through an EK43 in your cafe.
 
Foam Locus 

This tool sits in your pitcher and you can slide the steam wand in.
It will help your cafe with starting staff and consistency.
 
Baristahustle tamper

This relatively cheap tamper is great in quality and the base can easily be replaced when damaged.
