The best baristas of the Netherlands will show their skills at The Amsterdam Coffee Festival 2014, competing in several national coffee competitions.

SCAE Netherlands

The Dutch chapter of the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) expect over 50 of the best coffee professionals to compete in one of their competitions during the festival.

SCAE promotes coffee of the highest quality possible and has been organizing coffee competitions for over 10 years.

Coffee Competitions

The final of the Dutch Barista Championship and the Dutch Cuptaster Championship will take place on Friday, 2nd May 2014.

The Dutch Latte Art Champion and Dutch Brewers Cup Champion will be crowned on Saturday, 3rd May 2014.

The four champions will represent The Netherlands during the World Coffee Competitions in Melbourne, Australia and Rimini, Italy.
