1 espresso shot
20 gr milk chocolate callets
Recipe
1. Place the chocolate callets in a heated cappuccino mug.
2. Allow the espresso to run over it.
3. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
4. Foam the Alpro Almond For Professional to a maximum of 60 degrees.
5. Pour into the mug with the espresso.
